Dedicace Manufacturer Merlet Stops Selling to the United States

Last year we started carrying the Dedicace pointe shoe by Merlet, and it quickly became one of our most popular styles. That is why we were very disappointed to receive the news this week that Merlet will no longer exporting their goods to the United States. They are selling out their stock here, and once it’s gone, it’s gone! We have stocked up on the Dedicace as best we could, but the supply is very limited. If this is your shoe, don’t wait to get your next pair. Stop by or give us a call, and we can let you know if we have what you need. If not, we might be able to assist you with finding another vendor here in the States who still has the size you need. These shoes are selling out fast, so don’t wait!

Hi Barb, and thanks for your comment. We just got word yesterday that Merlet *will* be resuming Dedicace production and distribution in the US. I am not sure of the full story yet, but I know that a lot of people will be relieved. In any case, it’s always good to know of another source in case we have a dancer in desperate need of a size that we don’t have and isn’t currently available from Merlet!
